Fixed Fee Accounting Packages

That’s why we assist to analyze your business structure to better understand your financial and taxation requirements and provide you with a fixed monthly fee to suit your business needs.

 

Fixed accounting fee gives you easy cash flow management as you know exactly the fee to pay monthly. All fixed fees are transparent so you know exactly what your accounting costs are and what the costs include. We have four Fixed Accounting Fee Packages for you to choose from. If the packages aren’t suitable for your business we can tailor it to suit.

 

With our easy and cost-effective Fixed Accounting Fee Packages, we have three options for you to pay as follows:

  1. Equal monthly instalments spread over the financial year
  2. Equal quarterly instalments spread over the financial year,
  3. 50% upfront payment on commencement of the job with the remainder pay on completion.

Once a fee has been agreed upon, an Engagement letter is sent to the client outlining the scope of works to be performed by KPN.
